The Park Hyatt Saigon has been our go-to in the city for years now (business and private) and after at least 15 stays it almost feels like a second home. If you appreciate colonial architecture this is the place for you to take in a building that breathes history right in the heart of District 1. The location is simply unbeatable for anyone who wants to stroll around the Opera House or the surrounding streets without constantly worrying about the heavy Saigon traffic. While the suites follow a more classic and timeless design everything is exceptionally well maintained and perfectly thought through. We always look forward to the breakfast as the quality and the wide variety of options are consistently great. It is one of those places where you can truly escape the city noise and just enjoy the silent atmosphere by the pool. That being said as regulars we’ve started to notice some inconsistencies lately. The staff is generally very attentive but that specific proactive 5 Star magic we experienced during our first few years seems to have faded a bit. We still love the property for its unique character and the high standard it maintains but we hope the team finds back to that absolute service perfection. We will definitely return but are keeping a close eye on the service development.
Beautiful and well managed hotel with outstanding facilities. Some little flaws that I hope would change is the use of plastic bottles, a pillow menu and more attention to detail when it comes to the welcome experience. Drink temperature was too warm and the welcome gift quite boring. I am sure a lot of these things are already resolved since our last stay. The manager is very hands on and one of the most competent I have met. Breakfasts is one of the best in the game. Overall an outstanding property. The 4 star rating is comparing to the best in the world, and would otherwise be a 5. But if you play in that top tier, I will be more critical.
This was our best Hyatt stay in 2025 (out of 100+ nights). Our expectations were exceeded, especially regarding customer service. Our feedback is mostly positive, which is rare for us as we have high standards. Customer service was perfect. Every time we went to the front desk, I felt like the person we spoke to knew the details of our reservation even if we hadn't spoken to them before. Staff was attentive but not overbearing. There was excellent pre-arrival and post-departure communication. All Globalist benefits were delivered: greeting, welcome amenity, upgrade, late checkout. The location is great. It's in the center of the city so it's easy to get anywhere. The building is lovely. It has beautiful common spaces. Our suite was gorgeous, with actual art inside, not just prints. The carpet was lovely. The hotel breakfast was surprisingly good and menu service was fast. They had local themed bedtime stories available which was really lovely.
Another great stay. Breakfast is even better than the great breakfast in our previous stay. All the staffs are amazing. We truly love the stepped back in time classy French colonial style of the hotel. Great ambience. The Park Deluxe Suite is truly the best one in the hotel with view of the tropical trees, flowers and green leaves outside and access to the pool. Our stay experience was enhanced highly thanks to Mr. Vinh and Mr. Hoa (FO). Special thanks to your wonderful hospitality and all the staffs of Park Hyatt Saigon. We will be back soon.
Excellent stay at Park Hyatt Saigon. The location is perfect, a gem in the heart of the District 1 and within walking distance of many restaurants, the marina and lot of attractions. The highlight was the outstanding service; every staff member was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. The breakfast was also exceptional, with a great variety of high-quality local and international options. A true 5 star experience in Saigon!
